I joined during LPU12. Can I become an LPU12 member now or do I have to wait until my LPU12 membership expires?

You can join LPU12 at any time! If you join LPU12 before your LPU12 membership has expired, an additional year will be added on to the remained of your current membership, so you don't lose any time!

What are the details of the LPU12 merchandise package?

The LPU12 PLUS pass merchandise package includes a t-shirt (sizes XS-XXL), LPU water bottle, carabiner keychain, guitar pick, and membership laminate with lanyard. Merchandise packages are part of the LPU12 PLUS pass only.

Offer and items in package are subject to change at any time. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for shipping after you order your package. You can check the status of your account by logging into LPUnderground.com, clicking “Manage Account,” then clicking “Manage Orders.”

I've purchased a membership, but want the LPU12 CD too.

LPU members have exclusive access to purchase the LP Underground Albums. You can buy the LPU12 physical CD in the LPU Store, or buy the digital version on the Music Page on LPUnderground.com. LPU members can also purchase other digital albums from previous LPU years like the Hybrid Theory EP and LP Underground 2 on the Music Page.

When will I get my LPU12 merchandise package?

If you joined LPU12 from Nov 15 - Dec 11, your exclusive merchandise will be packaged and shipped out starting December 12, 2012. Once shipped US packages will take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive and International packages will take 6 - 8 weeks. If you live outside the US and do not receive your package within 8 weeks, please contact your local customs office to see if your package is being held there.
